Wow, i just wanna say thank you Galata. special thanks to Talat and their team for the wonderful service. Since visiting from Melbourne coming here for the first time, this has been an unforgettable experience. Beautiful, delicious food, amazing atmosphere, wide variety of fresh and amazing food and dessert. Nothing is as better as enjoying a delicious kebab here at Galata! You won’t regret it, to eat here and be accompanied by their staff is welcoming and inviting.

quick service & great food, reasonably priced, for generous serving size. The staff and owner are lovely, they replaced the drink we spilt, free , we also had delicious tea afterwards, fabulous hospitality. the outdoor seating is also well set up, kind of like a little courtyard. We enjoyed it so much I took a Pide home to my parter I will be back

Came in for dinner. We were wanting to come since we moved to Rockdale. Amazing meats and salads. And the bread was something special. Really tasty bread. And the rice! Wow...will come back. Friendly owner, staff.

We had such a beautiful experience at Galata! The service was absolutely outstanding — the staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in. And the food… wow. Every dish was fresh, full of flavour, and cooked to perfection. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite. Highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious food and amazing service. We’ll definitely be back!

Hands down, the BEST kebab roll in Sydney! I’ve tasted my way through kebab rolls all across Greater Sydney, but nothing comes close to this one. I’m very picky about my food, so the fact this was just a random stop makes it even better. I was starving, the fairy lights caught my eye, and the vibe practically pulled me in. The owner/manager? An absolute gem.. so humble and genuinely warm. And then… a complimentary Turkish tea appeared. Who could ever say no to that? Certainly not me. You turned my gloomy day into something golden. Thank you for the incredible food and hospitality – I’ll happily make the way from Canada Bay again for another bite. Cheers!

High quality Turkish gozleme here, $10 but the size is quite good. Their kebabs are def def worth it, had it few times here. Overall 9 outta 10, best thing to taste after beers or a swim from the beach

One of the best places to eat freshly prepared food filled with love "soul food" Had a mixed grill with different salad, dips, rice and bread.They have an extensive menu to choose from even dessert. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff and management are very friendly. Service is great.I will highly recommend Galata to all my friends and family.
